How long does a grooming session take?
The duration of a grooming session depends on your dog’s size and the condition of their coat. On average, it takes 1–2 hours, but we always confirm the exact time in advance so you’ll know what to expect.
Can I stay with my dog during the grooming?
Most dogs tend to be much calmer when their owner is not right beside them, but if you wish to stay, of course you can 🙂
What vaccinations are required for grooming?
Your dog must have their required vaccinations up to date. If you have a recent vaccination booklet, please bring it with you so we can easily verify everything.
What should I bring for my dog’s first appointment?
Just bring your dog — and their good mood! 🙂
If you have any special requests or if your pup is sensitive to something, please let us know in advance. We provide everything else: towels, shampoo, brushes, and all necessary equipment.
How far in advance should I book an appointment?
Most of our appointments fill up quickly, so it’s best to book a few days in advance. If you need something urgently, we’ll do our best to be flexible and find an appointment as soon as possible.
